1. Manufacturing System for Gitanjali Jewels
About the project: Revamped the manufacturing system to handle the increased demand and production. This system uses bar coded envelopes that define work units to track over the manufacturing plant with reports on losses & productivity.
Involvement: Analysis & Design, coordinating and tracking development.

2. Management Information System for Gitanjali Jewels
About the project: An integrated system for GJ handling franchisee based local sales and local purchases, imports & exports, in-house and outsourced order based manufacturing, inventory control for metals, diamonds and precious stones, MIS reporting and e-mail based push. Handles multiple brands and categories.

3. Color Vision Engine
About the project: A plug-in type of color vision engine that is used for color based machine vision applications. Some examples would be sorting/inspection of drug capsules and assembly items like electronic components mounted on PCB's etc.

4. Vector Fonts for laser machine
About the project: Adds custom font capabilities to the XLS572DX laser machine. Enables a user to create custom vector fonts for marking with high laser power on very small (10 microns) size areas. Used for marking on diamond girdles.

5. Costing & Sales analysis
About the project: MIS sales reports generated from sales data in existing systems. BOM, Catalog and Costing programs for jewelers in the export business capturing the minutes of meetings with customers & generating cost sheets from them.

6. Inventory Manufacturing & Sales system for jewellery wholesalers
About the project: Local purchases and sales, imports with multi currency, inventory tracking of gold, diamond and color stones, finished goods on a per piece barcode basis, local outsourced manufacturing.

7. Diamond Proportion Scope
About the project: Analyzes the proportions of a processed diamond and generates graphical results describing the quality of the cut. Very useful for diamond graders. It can also gauge the optimum yield that is possible from an uncut diamond.

8. Diamond shaping & bruting
About the project: Adds to the XLS572DX laser machine the ability to cut fancy shapes. Two subprojects one defining the shape and other actually cutting it out. Standard shapes like hearts, marquise, pear, emerald, and princess are flexibly pre-defined. Also has the ability to cut any vector shape.

9. Diamond Sawing & Kerfing
About the project: First of its kind of Laser program in the country. Micro precision cutting of diamonds using the XLS572DX laser machine. Easy to use interface for moderately educated operators, offering a variety of cutting modes. Featuring the lowest loss and sawing times with power fail safety.
